I don’t know if Fox has ever reported on anything accurately. Their journalism reflects their propensity to give their viewers what they crave rather than report the news. That’s not a news organization, that’s a reality show.

The Art Of Softball Confrontation

Chris Wallace had the right theme in questioning Michele Bachmann on Fox News Sunday. While the wisdom of his line of questioning was sound, his approach leaned heavily to the land of soft toss–not unexpected by a Fox host toward a conservative guest. The flake comment gets a lot of the attention because of its [...]

Reggie Brown’s Lack Of Self-Awareness

I wouldn’t say these jokes about Barack Obama are racially charged. They may push the envelope on good taste though. More broadly, they lack certain sensibilities. It’s almost as if Brown expected his audience to soak up the venom gladly. Not with the cameras running. I’ve heard worse, but don’t quit your day job Mr. [...]

The GOP Debate Begins To Flesh Out The Winners From The Losers

WTF: “In my opinion, any mandate coming from government is not a good thing, so obviously … there will be more the explanation coming from former governor, Romney, on his support for government mandates … Even on a state level and even a local level, mandates coming from a governing body, it’s tough for a [...]

Herman Cain And The Federal Reserve
May 31st, 2011 · 1 Comment · 2012 Presidential Election, america, Democracy, Politics, Republicans
You’re going to see more of this as Cain becomes more well known in conservative circles–and to the American public. His record will be scrutinized vigorously, and his tenure at the Kansas City Federal Reserve could prove very toxic to the tea party– the group who exults Mr. Cain.I’m curious as to how he justifies [...]

“With regard to the idea of whether you have a right to health care, you have realize what that implies. It’s not an abstraction. I’m a physician. That means you have a right to come to my house and conscript me. It means you believe in slavery. It means that you’re going to enslave not [...]
