Well one thing has come out of this that is positive. The large majority of the middle, who have been sleeping for so long, are now aware of just how shallow the “enlightened” among us are. I think a good deal of us have gone from, “I think them boys are stupid, but I’m not sure.” to “Those are some dumb son of a guns over there for sure!”
That’s the good news. Also, I think if we survive the next four years, we can forget the whole experiment of voting in the inexperienced, but smooth operating, hip black guy thing, from happening again for a while. This last election was a combination of frustration from the wars, the Republicans falling down like epileptic drunkards, and a large number of people who voted in a manner equivalent to the old redneck saying “Hold my beer and watch this!”

Why did MOST Americans vote for the “smooth, hip black guy?” I would much rather have voted for the creaky, wooden former soldier and his 5 watt light bulb veep candidate, who can see Russia from her igloo. “Outside the core demographics?” He would still win with his core demographics, because Republicans can’t field a candidate that can walk upright, and elucidate a cogent point about anything transformative. To his credit, Erick Erickson completely discredited this “Taniwha’s” ridiculously vile comment. He had no choice. Most of the other comments were nutty enough without having someone saying the president will be “dead” by 2012.
