As expected, judge Sonia Sotomayor will win approval from the Senate Judiciary Committee in her quest to become the 111th Justice to the United States Supreme Court. The full senate will take up her vote next week. The panel was split along party lines with only one republican senator, Lindsay Graham (R-SC), voting in the affirmative.
